What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, and optional phone number you type, the topic you select, your message, and which page the form was sent from. We do not ask for anything else and we do not collect payment details on this site.
Why we hold it
We use it to answer you, to arrange a property evaluation if you are an owner, and to support a stay if you are a guest. We keep enquiry records so that a conversation is not lost if a colleague picks it up.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored in the private database behind this site and are readable only by our own team through a passcode protected inbox. A short email copy is sent to our own inbox so we see it quickly. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with advertisers.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no cookies and runs no third party trackers. We count visits ourselves, in our own database: which page was opened, when a contact link was clicked, and which property photographs people stop to look at. Those counts hold no name, no email address and no IP address, and a single visit is grouped with a random identifier that lasts only as long as your browser tab stays open.
If your browser sends a do not track request, nothing is recorded at all. The hosting layer may keep short lived technical logs to protect the site from abuse.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while a relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can answer follow up questions. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
